Partnerships Officer in Saudi Arabia

Ibrahim Alhelali plays an important role as the Partnerships Officer in the Resident Coordinator’s Office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, helping connect UN capacities with those of the private sector, civil society, academia and financial institutions at national and local levels to accelerate action for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As a result, the Global Compact Network Saudi Arabia was formally launched in 2021, joining 69 other Local Global Compact Networks. Hosted by the Federation of Saudi Chambers, the network has already attracted 36 leading Saudi corporates whose purpose is to facilitate balanced and sustainable economic, social and environmental development.
